Personal question: how’s your inbox looking?
Is it a calm oasis with more white space than a posh hotel lobby?
Or would it bring me out in hives, like my friend’s inbox below?!
For most of us, email overwhelm is real. And email management is hard. It’s certainly a lot more complicated than just telling ourselves to ‘get it under control’ or striving for the mythical ‘Inbox Zero’.
I certainly don’t have all the answers, but it is a topic that fascinates me.
